Our company can best be described as a family owned, mid-sized construction firm, that has employees with a combined industry experience of over 400 years. We are committed to quality service and are dedicated to insuring our customers the best project management.
Our target area is approximately a 65 mile radius from our office in Winchester, Virginia. We believe that in order to provide the best product and service you have to do as much of the work as you can with your own forces within an area that is easily accessible. We feel this enables us to better manage our projects, which helps to eliminate problems and ensure a quality project constructed in a timely manner and virtually eliminates change orders from subcontractors.
Our staff is experienced, highly trained and multi-disciplined. Our team of Project Managers and estimators can provide computerized estimating, CPM scheduling and project management services to make sure your project is completed on time, in budget and with a degree of professionalism that is second to none. Our Field Management Team, with over 20 years of experience, is highly trained and committed to putting quality and service above all else.
Jeff Ricketts, President of CRCC, has chosen the best Project Managers, Superintendents, Site-teams, Concrete Finishers, Carpenters and internal support people to continue the quality work his family started over 50 years ago. The experience of these key employees includes work on the Daniel Morgan Middle School, St. Leo's Catholic Church, Timbrook Public Safety Center, John Handley High School and many other large projects.
We are currently completing bonded jobs for the City of Winchester (Senior Recreation Center), Shenandoah University Student Center and the Department of Transportation Welcome Center. These projects totaled over 20 million dollars. We have the knowledge and experience to handle any aspect of your needs, whether it be a Design-Build, Custom Management or a Complete Renovation. |
